Accounts and Access includes everything you need to know about services related to your New School access. You can find information about your NetID and NewCard services that will give you access to online and on campus resources at the New School.

Services

MyNewSchool — University web portal specially customized for New School students, faculty and staff.
NetID — Your user name and key to technology services at The New School.
New School Single Sign-On — Single sign-on allows you to login once and access commonly used web-based applications without having to re-enter your NetID and password.
Newcard — The New School's official identification card.
Non-Person Accounts — Email accounts for entities rather than individuals.
Password Change/Reset — Change or reset your New School password.
VPN (Virtual Private Network) for Students — The New School’s VPN provides secure, authenticated, remote access to campus networks and global websites.
