We will be launching a new MyNewSchool and New School mobile app in June of next year and we’re looking for your help and feedback!

Providing Feedback

We want to hear from you: what features and functionality do you want to see in the new MyNewSchool and mobile app?

Join the Pilot Group for Students

Joining the MyNewSchool pilot group offers a unique and valuable opportunity for students to actively participate in the development of the new MyNewSchool and the New School mobile app.

Participants can join one of two levels depending on interest and time commitment.

Sign up today!

Level 1

  • Be among the first to experience the new MyNewSchool and mobile app in February 2024. This early access will allow you to explore the new features and improvements before the broader university community.

  • Provide valuable feedback during the pilot phase in February by sharing thoughts, suggestions, and any issues you encounter, and helping to refine the app before the general release.

Level 2

  • Enjoy the benefits of early access just like Level 1 participants, but with additional opportunities to become more deeply involved in the development process.

  • Engage in development conversations starting in November through the official launch in June 2024.

  • Receive regular updates on the development progress as well as  opportunities for quick feedback, which should take less than 5 minutes to complete.

  • To allow you to have a direct impact on the app’s design and functionality, Level 2 participants are expected to join hour-long focus group conversations (2-3 sessions in total).

Students interested in joining Level 2 are encouraged to consider the time and commitment involved, as this level requires more active, scheduled involvement. However, it also provides a unique opportunity to have a significant influence on the app's final design and features.

Joining our pilot group at either level offers an exciting opportunity to be part of MyNewSchool and the New School mobile app development and to contribute to improving the app for the university community.
