Back in November, E&I Cooperative Services (E&I) announced the winners of their inaugural Cloud Leadership Awards during the EDUCAUSE 2017 Annual Conference reception held in Philadelphia. At the event, The New School was honored with a Cloud Leadership Award, recognizing our achievement in the hybridization of technology infrastructure and platforms as a service to the benefit of New School students, teachers, administrators, and staff.

A contingent of New School IT staff members were on hand to receive the award. Pictured above from left to right: Chris Fritz (Senior Systems Engineer), Anand Padmadabahn (Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer), Jennifer Smith (Director Project Management), George Schlosser (Security Administrator - Identity and Access Management), Violette Hutchings (Director Information Technology Central). A total of 24 awards in six categories were given out and there were over 100 nominations. This award is due to all of the efforts and talents of the entire IT team. Congratulations to Anand and the Information Technology team.
