Use this form for new service and relocation requests.

New service and relocation requests may take from one week to two months. Some examples of these requests include:

  • adding or removing phone lines (telephone numbers)

  • physically relocating an existing phone line (e.g., into another office).


  • For individual moves fill out the service request below and put in a NetFacilities work order (Log into NetFacilities with your New School email address and password). 

  • For large-scale reorganizations contact Campus Planning in the Buildings office at 212.229.5456 or send an email to

  • If moving to a new location on campus, phones assigned to an individual should be moved to the new location with the individual. If phones are not moved with the individual at time of the move, there will be a delay in setting up another phone in the new location.
