Follow the below instruction to guide you through the uninstallation of the Laptop Printing Software.

Windows

1.

Open Control Panel

Click on the Start Menu in Windows 10, click on Settings, Select Apps, Select Apps & features, search for "Pharos" and click Uninstall.

Read the uninstallation details and click Next

3.

Select All components, click Next

4.

When the uninstall application has detected Pharos, click Next

5.

To start uninstallation, click Start

Monitor uninstallation progress

The uninstallation application will begin processing. Please monitor progress.

Progress monitor may alternately appears as illustrated below.

Uninstall finished

When the uninstallation is finished, the uninstallation application will confirm the removal of the Pharos components.

Mac

There is currently no comprehensive uninstall program for the Mac OS. On these systems you should first remove the printer from Printers & Faxes and then uninstall the Popup software.

Launch the Uninstaller application

Uninstaller application is located in Library/Application Support/Pharos/Utilities

2.

Select all components then click 'Continue'

A list of the selected items will be shown. Select all components then click 'Continue'.

3.

Click 'Continue' to confirm

A second window confirming the components selection will appear. Click 'Continue'.

4.

Type in administrator username and password

Only if required to do so.

5.

The selected components will be removed from your computer

6.

Go to the HP website and follow the instructions to uninstall the HP printer software
