If you have an older version of the FortiClient software installed on your device, please follow these steps to uninstall the old version.

You cannot install the new version of the FortiClient VPN without first uninstalling the old FortiClient VPN.

1.

Open the old FortiClient

2.

Go to Fabric Telemetry

3.

Click "disconnect"

4.

Closeout of the FortiClient application

5.

Open FortiClientUninstaller from applications folder

6.

When prompted, click "uninstall"

This will uninstall the applications and all configurations set up at the time of install.
